Previous to joining LoadSpring, Umenhofer was founder and President of ENTEGRA Solutions, an IT project & consulting firm serving Fortune 1000 financial services companies. Rick and this team managed all aspects of their customers operations including legal, accounting, and human resources until it was acquired by Internet and Telephone, LLC of Massachusetts.
